This is a card inspired by the sketch challenge at Stamping 411. I used the Celebrate Today Set and the Party Hearty Set. The colors are Whisper White, Pink Passion, & Bermuda Breeze. I also used the Dots Embossing Folder and a Nestabilities Scallop Circle ink my Big Shot, White Grosgrain, and a circle punch.

Great idea to put the sentiment in the center, and the focal point off to the side.. Awesome design elements and a bright happy cupcake! :)
