Father's Day Card

I made this card using the Open Sea, World Map, and Teeny Tiny Wishes sets. The colors are Early Espresso, and Crumb Cake. I also used circle punches, natural hemp, glue dots, and a sponge.

Open Seas Card

This card is made using the Open Seas stamp set. I also used the Teeny Tiny Wishes set, the Window Frames and the Bitty Banner Thinlits, the Argyle embossing folder, a large circle punch, and burlap ribbon. The colors are Midnight Muse, Early Espresso, Cajun Craze, and Crumb Cake.

For this card, I used Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, Basic Gray, Shimmery Silver, Whisper White, and Basic Black card stock and ink, two circle punches, and a non-SU embossing folder in the Big Shot.

Happy Retirement

This card is a quick and easy masculine card. I used the Petite Pennants Builder punch and the 1/2" circle punch to make the ties with the Comfort Cafe' DSP. The words are from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set. I also used the argyle embossing folder, a the Word Window Punch, 1" circle punch and a label punch. The card stock is Midnight Muse, Soft Suede, and Vanilla.

Masculine CASED Card

This card is CASED from a card by Rita Wright. I saw this card on Pinterst and love it. I used the Woodgrain Background Stamp, Teeny Tiny Wishes, the Chevron Embossing Folder and the Hearts a Flutter Framelit in the Big Shot,a metal button with hemp, Naturals and Parker's Patterns DSP, and the Large Heart Punch. The colors are Early Espresso, Vanilla, Not Qite Navy and Midnight Muse. Thanks to Rita Wright for the great idea.

OCC Challenge - Masculine Card


This is my take on the challenge for this week's OCC Challenge. I used the Leaves of a Tree stamp from the Holiday Mini Catalog. I used Markers on the tree. The colors are Early Espresso, More Mustard, Old Olive,Vanilla, and Cajun Craze. I also used brown ribbon, and the Houndstooth Embossing Folder in my Bigshot.

This card is using the stamp from the mini catalog called Sail Away. I also used the words from the Best Dad Ever set. I used the DSP from the mini called Nautical Expedition, a discontinued corner punch, vintage brads, Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler, and Night of Navy Ink and Card Stock.

The colors are Whisper White, Not Quite Navy, and Certainly Celery. I also used Designer Paper from the Subtles Collection and the Regals Collection.

Extreme Cards


It is finally spring-like weather in Wisconsin! These are some cards using the Extreme Skateboarder and the Extreme Motorcross stamps. The background is stamped with the Extreme Elements set. The colors that I used are Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Basic Black, and Old Olive. I also used the Tag Corner Punch and silver brads. I used my Big Shot with an embossing folder.

This motorcycle is in the Summer Mini Catalog. I colored it with Real Red and added Crystal Effects. The embossing folder is not a SU item (shhhhh - don't tell). The colors of Card Stock are Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White, and Shimmery Silver.

For this card, I used the Celebrate Everything Stamp Set (which is retiring). The Designer Paper is Nouveau Chic (also retiring). I used Basic Black Ink, Whisper White, Basic Gray, and Basic Black Card Stock, and jumbo eyelets.

Mojo Monday Sketch/Curtain Call Color Challenges




This is my card for the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge and the Curtain Call Color Challenge. I decided to use the square card choice in the sketch challenge. I used Forest Friends as my stamp set, Kraft, Night of Navy, Ballet Blue and Whisper White for the Card Stock. Old Olive Designer Paper, the Dots Embossing Folder in the Big Shot, Twill, Old Olive and Chocolate Chip Ink, and Vintage Brads.

Sweet and Sassy Sketch Challenge



This is my card for the Saturday Sweet and Sassy Sketch Challenge. I used the Light of the World stamp set, Basic Grey Two Scoops and Bittersweet papers, Brads, and my paper piercer. The card stock is Bravo Burgundy (SU). I colored in the image using Copic Markers and stippled the sky in Not Quite Navy (SU).

Extreme Surfer Birthday Card


This card started out as last week's Mojo Monday sketch challenge and then changed a bit. I used the Extreme Surfer Stamp, Teeny Weeny Wishes (for the greeting), Brocade Blue, Night of Navy, & Whisper White Card Stock, Night of Navy & White Ink, and a stamping sponge. I used my Nestabilities to make the circles. I tore the card stock, sponged on white ink, and layered it to make the waves.

Father's Day Card


This is one of the Father's Day cards that we made at a stamp camp. The set is And many Mower (from the mini catalog) I also used Manchester Designer Paper, Chocolate Chip, Blush Blossom, Going Grey, Always Artichoke, Baja Breeze, & Creamy Caramel Inks and/or Card Stock. I used the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Folder for the golf ball and put it dent side up so the it looked like the dents of a golf ball. Click on the image to get a closer look.
