Thanksgiving Card


This is a card that we will be doing tonight at my stamp camp. The colors of card stock are Early Espresso, Very Vanilla, Cajun Craze, and More Mustard. The greeting is stamped in Early Espresso and is from the Holiday Mini Catalog. It is called Seasonal Sentiments. I used the Leaves Die in my Big Shot and then embossed them using the Square Lattice Embossing Folder. I also used Brown Satin Ribbon.

Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge Birthday Card



This is my card for the SSC166 Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge. I used my new Color Coach to choose the colors. The colors are Cajun Craze, More Mustard, Not Quite Navy, Old Olive and Whisper White. I used the Blossom Party Die and the Square Lattice Embossing Folder in the Big Shot. I also used an oval and scallop oval Nestibilies. The accessories are Mustard Grosgrain Ribbon, Not Quite Navy Brads, and a clip from the Clip Assortment. The sentiment is from Curly Cute.

Sketch Challenge Owl Card



I LOVE THIS OWL PUNCH!!!! This layout is from the Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge (TESC124) I used the Owl Punch, the Square Lattice Embossing Folder in the Big Shot, Billboard Letters in the Big Shot, Not Quite Navy, More Mustard, Whisper White, Basic Black, Chocolate Chip, Crumb Cake, and the Woodgrain Background Stamp. The leaves are from the Pocket Silhouettes Set.

Elements of Style cards



These cards are made with the Elements of Style set from the Summer Mini Catalog. The flower card is in Basic Black, Basic Gray, Barely Banana, and Old Olive. I also used French Script, circle punches and the Top Note Die in the Big Shot. The hummingbird card is in Ruby Red, Not Quite Navy, Whisper White, More Mustard, and Always Artichoke. I also used the Modern Label Punch, Flower embossing folder in the Big Shot, an oval die and an oval scallop die.

Big Shot Rag Bag & Flower



I had a great time yesterday making this rag bag and flower. The directions to make this bag and this flower are on the Chic N Scratch Blog. Angie has instructions for purchase and a video with step by step visual instructions for free on her web-site. I do not sew, but this was super easy. I used the scallop square die for the purse and the flower folds die for the flower.

Pals Paper Arts Challenge - K.I.S.S.


The Paper Pal's have the perfect challenge for my busy day. Their challenge this week is to make a card and K.I.S.S. (keep it simple, sweetie). This card is a quick & simple card. I used the Designer Paper (Sending Love Specialty) from the Occasions Mini Catalog. This paper even has the glitter in it (which saves that step). I put the Regal Rose Card Stock through my Big Shot using the Dots Embossing Folder. I added the Black Grosgrain Ribbon and Vanilla Card Stock. The tag was cut using a Nestibilities Die in the Big Shot. The greeting is from the Together Forever Set. I also added pearls to dress it up.

Sympathy Card


This is a sympathy card that we made at my January stamp camp. To make this card we used the Bella Blooms Stamp Set (which is one of the Sale-A-Bration selections), Pretty Petals Background Stamp, and Teeny Tiny Wishes. The colors that we used are Whisper White, Elegant Eggplant, Almost Amethyst, and Always Artichoke. The Whisper White Paper is embossed with the Dots Embossing Folder (available in the Occasions Mini Catalog) The ovals are made with the Nestabilities in the Big Shot.

Here is my take on the Saturday Sketch Challenge at Stamping 411. For this card I used the Just Buzzin' By stamp set by SU. I also used the greeting from Great Friend. The colors that I used are More Mustard, Whisper White, Basic Black, Chocolate Chip, & Summer Sun. I also used an embossing folder in my Big Shot, designer buttons, glue dots, and the Boho Blossom punch.

Diva Coffee Break Sketch/Pals Paper Arts Color Challenges





Another challenge...Here is my card for the Diva Coffeebreak Sketch Challenge and the Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge. The colors are Brocade Blue, Crushed Curry and Ruby Red. The stamp set is Party Hearty from SU. I used the scalloped edge punch and the tag punch, a white brad, glue dots, a paper piercer, and the Big Shot Pop-Up Cake Die. I also used some discontinued designer paper for the cake on the inside.

Here is my take on the Halloween Challenge at Pals Paper Arts (PPA5) and the sketch challenge at I Heart 2 Stamp. For this card I used the Pumpkin Patch stamp set that will be in Holiday Mini Catalog starting September 1st. The colors that I used are Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, and Basic Black. I also used Old Olive Brads, the oval punch, the scalloped oval punch, and a Cuttle Bug Embossing Folder in my Big Shot.

Here is my take on the Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge for this weekend. For this card, I used the SU set called Hoppy For You. I also used a Cuttle Bug Embossing Folder in my Big Shot, Old Olive Ink & Card Stock, Bashful Blue Card Stock & Designer Paper, Chocolate Chip Ink, Card Stock & Grosgrain Ribbon, Basic Black Ink, glue dots and a circle punch. The circle holds the card shut.

Mercy's Sketch Challenge/Diva Color Challenge




Here is my take on Mercy's Sketch Challenge and the Diva Coffee Break Designs Challenge (which is a color challenge this week). For this card, I used the Eastern Blooms set and two different embossing folders with my Big Shot. The colors that I used are Whisper White, Sage Shadow, Regal Rose, Rose Red, Sage Shadow & Chocolate Chip. I also used Chocolate Chip Grosgrain. The greeting is from the Sock Monkey set.

Here is my card for the Mercy Sketch Challenge & the Color Throwdown Challenge. For this card, I used bothe the Pocket Silhouette Set and the Sense of Time Set. I used the colors from the Throwdown challenge - Blush Blossom, Really Rust, Basic Gray, & Pumpkin Pie. The background is the Cuttlebug Folder - Swiss Dots. I also used SU Felt Flowers and Gray Buttons.

Extreme Surfer Birthday Card


This card started out as last week's Mojo Monday sketch challenge and then changed a bit. I used the Extreme Surfer Stamp, Teeny Weeny Wishes (for the greeting), Brocade Blue, Night of Navy, & Whisper White Card Stock, Night of Navy & White Ink, and a stamping sponge. I used my Nestabilities to make the circles. I tore the card stock, sponged on white ink, and layered it to make the waves.

Bookmark Card



This is a bookmark card that we made at my last stamp camp. For this card we used Teeny Tiny Wishes, Lovely Letters Alphabet and the Together Forever Stamp Sets. The designer paper is Razzleberry Lemonade. For the card stock & ink we used Whisper White, Rich Razzleberry & Melon Mambo. We also used the Modern Label Punch, Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Embossing Folder and Magnets to hold the bookmark in place.
