Wednesday's "Belli" Challenge - Neglected Stamps


This week's Belli Challenge is using those neglected stamp sets that are old favorites. For this card I used Refuge and Strength and the retired but favorite set, and Print Pattern Background set (also retired). The colors that I used are Whisper White, Barely Banana, Bliss Blue, Night of Navy and Certainly Celery. I also used a circle cutter and glue dots. All of the products used are from Stampin' Up.
