O.K. I confess, I saw these on someone's web-site (I can't remember who) and thought that they were so cute. We made these at my last stamp camp. We Used the Tart & Tangy stamp set from the Occasions Mini Catalog, the Summer Picnic Designer Series Paper (also from the Mini Catalog), Small Cello Bags, Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, Whisper White Card Stock, Real Red Card Stock & Ink, Old Olive Card Stock & Ink, Bashful Blue Card Stock, Only Orange Ink, Circle Punches and the Scallop Punch. The bags have Starburst Candy in them.
