To make the flower I used scraps from Bali Breeze Designer Paper, the 1-3/8" Circle Punch, and Ice Rhinestone Brads. I also used the It's Beautiful Jumbo Wheel, Tempting Turquoise Card-stock, Ink, and Grosgrain Ribbon, Whisper White Grosgrain Ribbon and card-stock, River Rock Card-stock and Glue Dots.
